We Remember Steve Jobs

Remembering SteveToday marks the second anniversary of the passing of Steve Jobs. The world will forever remember his hard work and dedication to empowering and enriching the lives of millions.

Steve was the one who brought Apple out of bankruptcy; more importantly, the products as a result have had an impact on the world. Without him, there would be no Mac, iPod, iPhone, iPad, Apple Store, Pixar, and most importantly, Apple.

Steve, you have provided us tools otherwise unimaginable. Every move of yours quaked the world, and so did your passing. But your spirit lives on; and so does Apple.

Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Thank you Steve.

John Lasseter accepts Disney Legends Award on behalf of Steve Jobs

In an emotional speech, Pixar’s most well-known animator and Disney’s Chief Creative Officer John Lasseter accepted a Disney Legends Award on behalf of the late Steve Jobs.

It took place during Disney’s annual D23 Expo, where Disney fans meet up at the event to see what’s new for the family entertainment company.

Lasseter emotionally recounts how Steve became a brother to him, especially after he lost his own brother to AIDS. He then shared stories about Jobs’s involvement in Pixar.

It’s a great speech. Please watch it.

John Lasseter, like all of us, still misses Steve Jobs.
